APRIL WISH LIST

April_wishlist_2018

I’m heavily into candy stripes, velour bags and chunky sneakers (or should I call them trainers by know?) as you can probably tell from the above.

The bag is from the amazing brand Staud which I recently discovered probably through Lucy Williams (aka. Fashion Me Now) as everything she mentions is gorgeous. Literally. They make amazing bags (you have most likely already seen the “plant pot in the fishnet”) but also their clothing collection is worth taking a look at.

MARCH WISH LIST

.
Even though the calender tells me it’s March I am walking around huming to all of the classic Christmas songs. Why couldn’t all of this snow fall in December? That being said I am one of those annoying people who thoroughly enjoy the snow whenever it decides to arrive. So for this month’s wish list I am both looking forward to Spring but also acknowledging the fact that it’s absolutely freezing outside. Brrr.

I love how incredibly diverse a slip dress can be and this one has, without a doubt, been one of my best buys last year. You can use it on its own, with tees and shirts under it or a chunky knit layered on top. The possibilities are endless. However, this was how I styled it for the second day of LFW. Very simple, but still with a pop of color. As I have mentioned before I’m really getting into the colored stockings trend. They just spice things up a bit.

The weather that day was absolutely incredible. It felt like Spring already as the sun was really powerful and warming. That also meant that the lighting was really good so I am very happy about how the pictures turned out (if I’m allowed to give myself and my dear friend Susanna some credit). I hope you are all well! xx

GINGHAM GOING ON

Another fashion week is on its last legs and it has been a great experience once again. This city is always buzzing but it’s still amazing to see how an event like this can tranform the city in a way that is best described as a bit over the top. This is definitely meant in a good way as I love how inspired I always feel after fashion week. It gives me an urge to work harder and push myself to pursue my goals.

As for this outfit it was what I wore on the first day of LFW. Gingham isn’t dead at all!

If you want to see what I was up to during fashion week you can check out my Instagram here. It includes an amazing graduate show, vegan burgers and a visit to the Mulberry presentation.

FEBRUARY WISH LIST

I can’t believe it’s already a new month! Soon it will be Spring and I’m really longing for some sunshine and a little bit of warmth. This look has plenty of warm tones and I especially fell in love with this yellow Simon Miller bag. Isn’t it just beautiful? If the sun doesn’t show soon this would be the next best thing to shine for me.

JANUARY WISH LIST

Skærmbillede 2018-01-08 kl. 23.41.10

Polka dots, stripes & statement earrings are all I want right now and why not all of the above at once? I am beginning to get much more into mixing of different prints instead of always wearing plain-colored clothing items. It is such a fun way to spice things up a bit and something I definitely need to do more. The earrings are from the extremely talented jewelry designer Nina Kastens. All the jewelry pieces she makes are gorgeous and this pair is no exception.

RED ALERT

Pictures from Tumblr

Once upon a time my favorite color was red. I have always loved the color, but the latest years I haven’t worn the color much (read: not at all). Why so? See that I can’t explain. Maybe because the color can be a bit daring to wear. It is a very strong color and it can sometime scream a little too much for attention. But for me it also expresses some sort of power. You definitely feel like a power woman when you wear red. Luckily red is back in the game. Big time. And no one said that you have to wear it head-to-toe. A small splash of the red color can be just enough.
